Wulftec WCRT-200

This WCRT-200 model of Wulftec's Automatic Rotary Arm Stretch Wrapper has an automatic conveyorized rotary tower with a superior electrical/electronic design which includes the Allen Bradly SLC 5/03 logic control, NEMA 4/12 control cabinet with quick disconnect, an Allen Bradley Panel VIew Plus 600 Color Touch Screen interface, and an automated remote lube station. It allows for separate top and bottom selections, separate up and down carriage speeds, and the 20” NO-THREAD® Powered Pre-Stretch Carriage - angled to wrap as low as 2” from conveyor level. The film delivery system has a lifetime warranty on the pre-stretch rollers blue compound. The counter-balanced rotary arm provides a smooth rotation and has a 1 HP AC motor with Allen Bradley variable frequency drive of 17 RPM, up to 35 RPM. There is an automatic film clamping device, a pulsed controlled cutter and a brush-on film tail treatment. The powered process conveyor is 11'6” with a standard pass height of 18”, has #40 chain driven rollers and a 1 HP 230 VAC motor with Allen Bradly variable frequency drive of up to 35 FPM.
