Desiccants

Desiccants are used to draw out the moisture in any critical environment. Desiccants allow products shelf life to be extended for a long period of time. With the right combination of metalized and desiccant the product being protected can be safe from moisture/vapor indefinitely.

Humidity Indicator Cards

To ensure your product has arrived and your packaging has done its job, include a humidity indicator card. The spots on these cards change from blue to pink. This color change is then read to determine the amount of moisture in the sealed bag. This will allow you to tell if moisture has made its way through to damage a product.

These cards are available with the following indicators to meet all your requirements:

• 3 spot (MS 20003-3) (MS123) (MIL-I-0035)
• 6 Spot Cards (AEC 826004 NE) (MIL-I-8835)
• SMD Humitector 4 Spot Indicator Cards (HM-04 MIL-1-8835)

Vapor / Moisture Barrier Films & Bags

When moisture can present a danger to a packaged product there is only one answer. Moisture/Vapor barrier films create an air tight seal that along with a desiccant can create a 100% moisture free environment. These films can be made into MIL SPEC bags or sold in rolls of film for in-house requirements. These film/foil metalized bags are available in the following thicknesses; .223, .400, .550.

PLEASE NOTE: We sell ALL MIL Spec films/foils, VCI, Mylar, Tyvek. Custom bags can be converted and shipped within 5-7 business days. Common uses for these bags may be Military (MIL SPEC), Pharmaceuticals, Food Industry, Aerospace, and many more.

Anti-static Bags

Anti-Static Bags create a static free environment that is commonly used to ship electronics. The bags are available in stock sizes and can also be custom made to meet your requirements. Custom bags are made and ready to ship within 5 business days.
